Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Shipping Locations
Afro Empire Company ships orders from the United States.
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
4. Local Delivery / Pickup (Optional)

We may offer local delivery or pickup in select areas. When available, details will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if available for your selected shipping method.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
6. Product Care and Weather Sensitivity
Our products are handmade with natural and organic ingredients and may be sensitive to temperature changes.
To help preserve product quality, please retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures.
Afro Empire Company is not responsible for changes in product texture or appearance caused by weather or storage conditions after delivery.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Afro Empire Company is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product(s) and packaging so we can review your claim.
For packages that are lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to support you in this process.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Afro Empire Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, a missing item, or damage in transit), please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
